TEEKAFIT
Acceptance of terms
By using TEEKAFIT, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree to them.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements that apply in your country and under the terms of the app store you downloaded TEEKAFIT from.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and sign‑in account, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
Free trial, price, and automatic renewal
Where configured and where you are eligible, Apple may offer a 7‑day free trial. An introductory trial is not guaranteed to every user.
After an applicable trial, the subscription becomes a paid monthly subscription at the local price displayed by Apple unless you cancel according to Apple's subscription terms. The subscription then renews automatically each month until canceled. The Apple App Store displays the controlling price, currency, and any applicable taxes before purchase; TEEKAFIT does not state a fixed universal price in these terms.
Purchases, restoration, management, and refunds
Subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat manages the related entitlement and purchase infrastructure. Use Restore Purchases in the TEEKAFIT Premium paywall to request restoration of eligible Premium access associated with your Apple account and TEEKAFIT account.
Use Manage Subscription in TEEKAFIT, or your Apple subscription settings, to view, change, or cancel your subscription. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund or payment mechanics under its policies and applicable law.
Medical and fitness disclaimer
TEEKAFIT is a fitness‑tracking tool. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make medical decisions based solely on TEEKAFIT. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or health concerns, especially before beginning a new exercise program.
Measurement and calculation accuracy
Fitness values shown in TEEKAFIT may be user‑provided, device‑provided, calculated, derived, or estimated, and are not guaranteed to be fully accurate. They can be affected by user input, sensor accuracy, calculation methods, missing data, synchronization timing, and device or platform limitations.
User information
You are responsible for reviewing the workout, water, step, body, goal, and other information you enter or permit your device to provide, and for using the app in a manner appropriate to your own condition and circumstances.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse TEEKAFIT, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, upload harmful content, or use it unlawfully or in a way that violates another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The TEEKAFIT name, branding, interface, and original software are protected as permitted by applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features can change or become unavailable because of development, maintenance, connectivity, device or platform limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Changes made while offline may remain pending in the app until connectivity returns.
Restriction or suspension
Access to TEEKAFIT may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or to comply with the law.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your authenticated TEEKAFIT account from Settings in the app, as described on the Delete Account page. Deletion cannot be undone once the server confirms it. The mobile app does not treat signing out, uninstalling the app, or clearing local data alone as account deletion.
Deleting your TEEKAFIT account or uninstalling TEEKAFIT does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. To prevent future renewals, you must separately cancel the subscription through Manage Subscription or through your Apple subscription settings.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of TEEKAFIT is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as TEEKAFIT changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
